TEAM SPEED COMP
Teams of four compete on climbing’s Olympic speed route in a head to head relay race. Form a team and go as fast you can to win cool prizes and community-wide bragging rights!
HOW IT WORKS:
16 teams (each with 4 members) compete in a single elimination tourney
Teams race on side by side identical speed routes with offical timing and speed belays
Winning team advances to next round; losing team is released to drink beer and heckle
COMP PERKS:
Prizes awarded for overall winners
Members of The North Face and Black Diamond athlete teams on hand to give beta
Post-comp Q&A with the athletes and music
Entry fee is only $20 per team (only $5 per person!). Includes:
Day pass to gym
FREE Beer from Lagunitas Brewing
SCHEDULE:
Open session time at Plante Granite between 1 and 3.
Team Speed Comp begins at 4:00pm

Come try the speed route during the open session from 1 to 4pm Sunday
Stay to watch the tourney and join the party
