Tasting Menu: The Buddha’s Diet

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Dan Zigmond, author of “Buddha’s Diet: The Ancient Art of Losing Weight Without Losing Your
Mind,” discusses both his experience of becoming a Zen priest and the benefits of Buddha’s
diet. Zigmond says, “Buddha himself adopted intermittent fasting, long before it was popular. In fact, you could say that Buddha was a very early biohacker, seeking to find enlightenment,
clarity and health through time restricted eating.” Zigmond will be joined by chef Annie Somerville of Greens Restaurant to talk about what foods work best with this diet. Sample a bite of suggested dishes while you listen. Purchase a copy of “Buddha’s Diet” from the museum store to get signed after the program.
