Modern Mexican meets classic French cuisine at this festive one-night-only event at Cala. Chef Gabriela Cámara of Contramar fame is joined by visiting chefs, Juan Arbalaez – former Top Chef Paris contestant and Nubé executive chef – and Rafael Gomes, executive chef of Paris' celebrated Grand Cœur. With a focus on sustainability and local sourcing while melding their Mexican-Parisian-Colombian-Brazilian influences, these three chefs appear at Cala for a fresh, seafood-centric experience multi-course tasting menu with wine and spirit pairings.
The multi-course tasting features wine and spirit parings, and is $225 per person, with proceeds supporting Tastemaker's global philanthropic partner, UNICEF.
