Taste Tri-Valley Restaurant Week, presented by ZEISS, is kicking off at Sabio on Main with a specially curated four-course dinner by Tri-Valley chefs Chef Francis Hogan of Sabio on Main, Chef Matt Greco of Salt Craft Bakery and Catering, Chef Eduardo Posada of Posada, and Chef Tullio Rosano of Locanda Restaurants, with each chef presenting a course. Wine pairings will be expertly presented from Wente Vineyards, Lineage and Nottingham Cellars.
