Sprouts Cooking Club, a Bay Area youth culinary and nutrition nonprofit, is thrilled to announce a benefit dinner and cocktail hour held at 3rd Cousin on March 20th. Top chefs from One Market, Americano, Hillside Supper Club, AQ/Mago, 3rd Cousin, and Trick Dog are coming together to create an unforgettable five course tasting menu that will take guests through the styles and mindsets of each chef. The night will begin with a cocktail hour hosted by Alfie Spears of the infamous Trick Dog, and each course will be paired with lovely local wine courtesy of T. Berkley Wines. The evening will conclude with a live auction featuring highly sought after Bay Area events and packages. All proceeds of the event will go directly to supporting Sprouts programming including our scholarship and Chef-In-Training programs.
