Executive Chef Mat Schuster and Paco Cifuentes, co-owners of Canela Bistro & Wine Bar, are excited to announce a special afternoon at their authentic Spanish restaurant, located in the heart of the Castro District with acclaimed cookbook author and chef, Joyce Goldstein on Saturday, May 17 from 2-4 p.m. The beloved neighborhood restaurant has become a local gem and the go-to spot for delicious Spanish tapas and wine. Neighboring business, Books Inc. will be partnering to offer three of Joyce’s cookbooks; Tapas: Sensational Small Plates from Spain and Mediterranean Fresh as well as her most recent highly acclaimed book Inside the California Food Revolution Joyce will also be available to sign cookbooks during the event.
