Tantric Expansion Cacao Ceremony ~ 5/12

Join transformational facilitator Nick Meador for a cacao ceremony weaving together holistic (mind/body/spirit) therapeutic practices to break through what’s limiting your true potential and maximize your life purpose and fulfillment. This will be a "white tantra" experience focused on soul healing and life force expansion. We'll de-armor the body and clarify the mind so that we can create more productive life patterns. This opens up the path to more bliss and connection with the divine, whether within ourselves, with a partner, or with a whole community. *This is not specifically a couple's workshop. Individuals and pairs are all welcome. Ages 18 and over allowed.* We’ll have an opening circle to support each other with intention for the ceremony. Nick will serve the gentle plant medicine cacao, grown organically at a family farm in eastern Guatemala, prepared by a women's collective at Lake Atitlan, and obtained through ethical direct trade (for more info visit bit.ly/soulliftcacao). Pure cacao opens the heart, deepens meditative experiences, and fosters inner/outer connection. And Nick intuitively guides a journey customized to what's needed in the moment with the group that comes together. The usual flow is to start with an embodied practice, such as an active meditation or a bioenergetics exercise. These shake things up on the cellular level, so we can reset the nervous system and re-write muscle memory to literally feel more free and energized. This could include breathwork, shaking, guided movement, trauma release work, and more. Then we'll likely have an interpersonal exercise that still involves the body but adds in a communication element. This could range from re-patterning unhelpful social conditioning, to guidance around safe touch and intimacy. Finally Nick will lead an integration circle to close the journey. *Please wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing, and bring a water bottle and yoga mat/blanket. **This is a BS Free Spirituality experience.
