Sound baths are one of the easiest ways to achieve deep states of meditation. Seth Quest will begin the experience with a short guided Holotropic Breathwork session and move into the sound bath, playing the Symphonic gong, Tibetan bowls, Koshi chimes, and many other incredible instruments, literally bathing the participants in sound. A cozy white fur lounge will be set up so there is no need to bring anything.
