Swing for Sight Charity Golf Tournament to Restore Sight to the Blind

100% of your tax-deductible donation goes to The Seva Foundation to restore sight to the blind in the poor countries of the world, at an average cost of only $50 per eye surgery. We have restored sight to over 3 million blind people, but 15 million more need this simple, low-cost surgery.
Swing for Sight honors Oakland Raider Mervyn Fernandez and San Francisco 49er Darryl Pollard. Course Marshals are 49er Super Bowl Champs Dana Stubblefield & Dennis T. Brown. Entertainment is by Jason Frey, 3-time Remax Long Drive Finalist and other surprise celebrity guests.
LOCATION: Sequoyah Country Club, 4550 Heafey Rd, Oakland CA.
MONDAY, APRIL 20, 2015 - SCHEDULE
10-11:30am – Registration, Continental Breakfast, Gift Bag Distribution, Putting Contest, Free K-Vest Swing Analysis Clinic, Free Massage, Vendors.
11:45am – Call to carts (boxed lunches will be provided. Free beverages on every 6th hole.
Noon – Shotgun start. 4-person Texas scramble format. No handicaps necessary.
5pm- Appetizers, Wine, Beer, Free Massage, Free K-Vest Swing Analysis Clinic, Silent Auction; Raffle Ticket Sales.
6pm – Awards Ceremony, Raffle Drawing, Silent Auction Winners.
COST: $200 per golfer (only $175 if paid prior to April 1st). $700 per foursome.
