Jay Gentry, a founding member of Efficiency First and Director of CHERP (Community Home Energy Retrofit Program), will open up this program by introducing Passive House, a film on "the most important development in building design, construction, and retrofitting in a generation." The principles and tactics used in creating Passive Houses can make homes more energy efficient, comfortable, and healthy, with lower utility bills. Guests will also have the opportunity to sign up for a free consultation in their own homes.
