Join us for a yoga at the golden hour with curated music, our incredible SF community, and teacher Julianne Aiello! Julie loves to bring people into nature, to celebrate life, community and the power of yoga.
What is silent disco yoga? We wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And you control the volume!
All people, all levels welcome. Yes, you can come, even if you're new!
Class location is Baker Beach. Exact meeting location details will be emailed to you 2 days before the event. Please be sure to look out for an email from Julie at Outdoor Yoga SF. It is easy to find us!
