Join us for a yoga at the golden hour with live beats, our incredible SF community, and special guest Janet Stone! Janet is a teacher of teachers. Her energy is sweet, powerful and as magical as the beach in San Francisco. You will love her and this experience, and we can't wait to share it with you! She will lead a special ocean side yoga class rich with the soundscapes of DJ Drez.
Drez transforms the vibe of any scene his sound is set upon. Rooted in underground L.A. hiphop, Dr. EZ applies precise turn-table skills to a cutting edge vision for truly universal music, intelligently integrating elements of hiphop, world music, soul, funk, jazz, and reggae into his trademark sound and production.
Together Janet + DJ Drez will craft the sounds for a journey into conscious movement - connecting with the self and others for a wild, playful and healing sacred celebration.
Join us and hundreds of your friends practicing yoga together, watching the waves crash and the sun set into the pacific. It is a gorgeous, iconic and peaceful environment that is the home to many magical yoga happenings!

Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.
Class location
Ocean Beach @ Fulton and Great Highway, closest landmark is the Beach Chalet. Walk down from stairwell 14 towards the water and we will have prayer flags set up to signify our space.
