Silent Disco yoga means you wear headphones (we provide them!) so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. This class will be an all levels class for everyone.
This class is usually big - around 100 people practicing together, peacefully, watching the waves crash and the sun set behind the pacific. It is the most picturesque, peaceful, and fun environment. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + to curated music. We have an amazing community of SF students and people we welcome from around the world for every class too. This is a super special experience, and we can't wait to share it with you.

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I'm new?!

Baker Beach on the northern side of the beach. You will see us set up with prayer flags, headphones, and sweet people welcoming you. Exact meeting location details and map will also be emailed to you the day before the event. Please be sure to look out for an email from Julie at Outdoor Yoga SF.
A beach towel works best for beach yoga! you can also bring a yoga mat but it is not necessary.
