You want to connect during the week to recharge and reboot. You want to be outside more right now, while it's gorgeous out. You're asking us us for beach yoga goodness during the week, and we're offering - for a super limited time!
Yes, you'll wear headphones, but leave your phones at home. (or in your bag if you must) Disconnect from your work day, enjoy beautiful music, all levels strengthening + stretching yoga class, and live harmonium and sometimes guitar too. Recharge your Wednesday night and be present in community in one of the most beautiful places in the world. We'll have a photographer there to capture the moment.
We're excited to create this new offering for you, our incredible SF community.
We'll have hot tea + treats before class as well if you can get there early. If not, just arrive by 6:30 for class. See you soon.
