She traverses between the mystical realms, and parenting her two teenage girls. She is an activist for balancing the Divine Feminine and Sacred Masculine in a way that is approachable to people living in the realms of "real life."
For all of our regular beach yoga lovers, please note! We've taken the dance element out of Sunday classes to make class a bit more zen-inspired. If you like to shake it, join us for Friday or Saturday classes.

What you need: A beach towel or mat, warm layers, and water. Don't bring your nice yoga mat bc it will get sandy!
