Serpentine’s second Sunday Supper is on April 22nd with a menu that celebrates the flavors of the south! For this event, you'll get to try all of the items on the menu family style, just the way Chef Tommy did at his grandmom's house in Kentucky. 
Menu:
On the Table:
Cornbread with honey butter
First Course: For the Table
Deep Fried Catfish in Brioche: cornmeal crusted catfish, meyer lemon remoulade, parsley, celery*
Southern Meats: griddled country ham, slow roasted pork shoulder, pimento cheese, pickles, biscuits
 Menu: For the table
Chicken and Dumplings: black pepper gravy, buttermilk dumpling, crisp chicken roulade, and spiced, fried chicken*
Spring Succotash: seared baby favas, english and snap peas, artichoke, asparagus, pea tendrils, lemon
Grandmom’s Beans: jarred green beans, san Marzano tomato, pearl onion, white vinegar
Dessert: For the table
Strawberry-Rhubarb Cobbler with ginger ice cream
Chocolate Chess Pie with vanilla whip
 Menu: $40 per person (does not include beverage or gratuity)
*denotes vegetarian option available
