Sunday Suppers at Serpentine!
Serpentine is kicking off its new Sunday Supper Series on Feb 11 with a menu that celebrates the flavors of Louisiana! This will be the first event in a new dinner series that Serpentine is rolling out that will feature different cuisines served family style. Chef Halvorson will be bringing in some of his chef friends, local producers, wine makers, and brewmasters over the course of the series.

Creme Fraiche BiscuitsĀ
First Courses: One per person
Oysters Rockefeller: absinthe, parsley, scallion, celery, caper
File Gumbo: rabbit, andouille, dark roux, trinity, sassafras (veg option available)
Blackened Shrimp and Grits: stone ground grits, blackening spice
Menu: For the table
Seafood Boil: crawfish, prawns, blue and dungeness crab, potato, corn, bay leaf, lemon, hot sauce
Brassica Fricassee: brussels, broccoli rabe, romanesco
Red Beans and Rice
Dessert: One per table
Bananas Foster: rum caramel, bananas, vanilla ice cream
Bread Pudding: blood orange-whiskey sauce
Beignets: powdered sugar
Menu: $40 per person (does not include beverage or gratuity)
