We're so excited to welcome brilliant yoga teachers Bre and Flo to the Outdoor Yoga SF family!
Bre and Flo, in addition to teaching individually, also teach co-lead power vinyasa classes. With an enphisis on breathwork, they guide an approachable yet challenging yoga flow, leading students to feeling in control and strong in their bodies. Providing a safe, encouraging, and non-judgmental environment where each individual of any level/experience can achieve their full potential, they encourage students to play with their edge, and challenge their mind through yoga. Knowing that the body benefits from movement while the mind benefits from stillness, Bre and Flo share their philosophy of mental stillness through the fluidity of a strong practice. Find them teaching all over the Bay Area, both yoga classes and workshops, as well as leading yoga retreats all over the world.
