SUNDAY SPIRITS: Barrels and Blends

Burritt Room + Tavern launches “Sunday Spirits”, a celebration of exceptional whiskeys, bourbons, and other spirits. On select Sundays, Burritt Room welcomes master distillers and experts to bring their rare releases and high-end bottlings to be enjoyed by aficionados and novices alike. With paired snacks and small plates, guests will enjoy a flight of showcase spirits and hear from experts on the process that makes them so exceptional. Specialty cocktails featuring the spirits will be available for purchase.
For our inaugural event, we feature "Barrels and Blends", three unique whiskeys offered exclusively at Burritt Room + Tavern. Tickets must be purchased in advance and include a tasting of each spirit, discussion with the distillers, and small plates from Executive Chef Luke Knox.

Sonoma County Distilling Company Single Barrel Straight Rye Whiskey: Cask Strength 111.8 proofThis is a private/exclusive single barrel selection created by the Burritt team, having hand selected this barrel of whiskey at the distillery owned and operated by Adam Spiegel. This locally distilled spirit  is avaialble only at Burritt Room + Tavern. 
Woodford Reserve Personal Selection Bourbon: Burritt Room Private BlendThis is a private blend of Woodford Reserve Bourbon done exclusively for Burritt Room and Tavern from Woodford Reserve, the featured bourbon at the Kentucky Derby. 
Breckenridge Bourbon: Burritt Room Private BlendThis is a private blend of Breckenridge Bourbon done exclusively for Burritt Room and Tavern. Breckenridge Bourbon is located in the Rocky Mountains in the town of Breckenridge, Colorado and is the world's most highly elevated distillery. Breckenridge Bourbon has won a number of awards in spirits competitions (San Francisco World Spirits Competition, New York Internation Spirits Competition) and was awarded Distillery of the Year in 2013 and 2015 by the New York International Spirits Competition.
