Summer is here, and it's time to JAM!
In this hands-on class, you will learn how to create delicious jams, jellies & preserves from scratch. You will learn the basics of home preservation, including how to safely use the water bath canning process to preserve your jars for up to a year. Each student will leave with at least 3 jars of preserves made in class.
Apricot-Cardamom Preserves, Strawberry Lavender Jam, or Nectarine Habanero Jam are just a few of the seasonal options we may explore.
