Summer Art Market #4: Anorak Assembly

During the month of July the MAH will host a series of Art Markets in Abbott Square. Come see what local artists are creating, support their artistic craft and bring home an incredible piece of art for your home, family or friends. This Saturday will feature Anorak Assembly, including:

Ann Altstatt: The missing color plates from an imaginary children’s encyclopedia.

Vince Waring: Simple narratives of stitched, bound, printed & nailed items.

Melody Overstreet: Hand-made prints, imaginative science publications, and panaceas of various sorts.

Jared Roth: Cabinets and other items crafted from driftwood, barnwood and other found woods.

Dave Gardner: Specializing in wooden devils, winos, flowers, boats, birds, freedom fighters, waves, skulls, books, winged creatures, beer cans, and beautiful ladies. All are sweetly painted to delight and annoy. Enjoy.

Tiny Splendor: Tiny splendor is about the coming together of artist and friends to show their work outside the formalities of a gallery– where people can be people, and art can be enjoyed by everyone.

Janina Larenas: prints, books and illustration.

The Fábrica: Hand-made items from re-purposed materials, benefiting your local Textile Arts and Salvage Workshop.
Also Copper Pan Jams,Ingrid Moody, Pizza Perfect Nails and Willy Strasser.
