CROCKETT — Music, food, strolling and more will be offered at the ninth annual Sugartown Festival and Street Fair from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. July 16.
The family friendly event will have two stages of music and entertainment on Rolph Avenue, with food, community and vendor booths, children’s activities, a Lagunitas beer garden and more in between.
Admission is free and parking will be available for a $5 donation behind behind Carquinez Middle School.
Performers on Stage 1 at Loring Street will include Steve Snyder’s Big Band, blues group the Jeffrey James Band, “border rock” band Puro Bandido, and soul, fund and R&B act East Bay Mudd.
Stage 2 at Pomona Street will feature blues by the Joe Brazil band, classic rock by the Billy Martini Show, Latin music act Malavita, Zydeco music group Dwight “Blackcat” Carrier and the Ro-Doggs; and reggae by Clear Conscience.
The festival is hosted by the Crockett Chamber of Commerce. Details:
