Sudden Oak Death is a horrible tree disease whose effects have been noticed in Monterey County. Come to the Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History where you can learn about Sudden Oak Death, including its history, ecological threats, and environment/habitat, and what to do if you suspect one of your trees or host plants has the disease. This lecture will be given by two leading researchers, Kerri Frangioso and Matteo Garbelotto. No pre-registration necessary. Free with the price of admission to the 52nd Annual Wildflower Show.
