Established in 2000, SMC is the premier Yoga Therapy Studio in the Bay Area. We were the first nationally accredited training program in northern California and remain one of only 25 programs meeting this rigorous standard worldwide. We also write and develop specialized curriculum for hospitals like Kaiser Permanente and Marin General, in addition to consulting and teaching in yoga programs around the world.
