Stress less Sense more is a 3 part series that focuses on self-awareness and being present to your inner experiences. Each week we will learn a new scanning and orienting technique and each session we will experience this work in a different kind of yoga practice.
You will:
Learn how to be more aware of your body and more present in the moment .
How to relieve muscle tension, and aches and pains.
How trapped stress wreaks havoc on key body systems (digestion, immune, cardiovascular, sleep health)
Two simple, yet potent exercises you can do at any point during your day that will help you de-stress, relax, and get focused.
Although we are practicing in the frame work of yoga in the series, this is something you can take and use out in the world every day. Start living the way nature intended!
You will stress less, sleep better, be more present, release pain & tension and a whole lot more. Anyone can do this practice, no skill required.
