In March, a delegation of nearly 75 faith leaders and immigrant justice advocates traveled to Honduras to meet with grassroots organizations and religious partners working and advocating for the rights of migrants and explored factors that are forcing migrants to flee, including: environmental degradation, government corruption, U.S. complicity, and impunity for ongoing human rights violations.
On June 6th, a panel of delegates will share inspiring images and stories of resistance and resilience from Honduran community partners in their defense of land and life and discuss we can support their resistance. Light refreshments will be provided.
