Are you having trouble controlling the way you eat? Do you ever use food like others use drugs: to numb out or self-soothe?
Several local members of Food Addicts In Recovery Anonymous (FA) will share stories of their ongoing recovery from eating addictively. Some were overweight, underweight, bulimic, obsessed with food, weight or dieting. By following the 12 Step Program of FA, and using the kit of spiritual tools, members of FA have found a solution to addictive food behaviors, depression, debilitating medical conditions and more. They gained physical, mental and spiritual recovery through their experience in FA. Come find out what recovery from food addiction looks like!
The book: Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous will be available at the event.
