Springtime "BLOOM" Event to be Held at Cibo Restaurant on Thursday, May 29, 2014

BLOOM At a Glance:
What: As an encore to the critically acclaimed BLUSH event in February, “MADDOX PRESENTS” and Mario Catalano of Cibo Restaurant invite you to the extravaganza of the season: BLOOM which will bring a midday sensibility to twilight. Cibo will explode with the vibrant colors and sightings of Spring.
To dress in theme is to don pastels and florals, seersucker and linen, sun hats and maxi dresses. Allow yourself to succumb to the trappings of Spring.
Where: Cibo Restaurant (www.cibo.com), 301 Alvarado (at the corner of Del Monte), in Downtown Monterey, CA 93940. Ample parking in adjacent parking garage.

On Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, the cool sound of Jazz accompanies dinner from 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. The restaurant features a lively and fun atmosphere with Reggae, R&B, Rock or Salsa dance music on Friday and Saturday nights from 10:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. with no cover charge. They also hold a special "Happy Hour Jazz Jam" from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. every first and third Sunday of the month which includes Happy Hour food and drink specials.
With 150 seats, including intimate booths for dining , and room for over 50 people in the attractive bar area, Cibo also accommodates large groups for business functions, wedding rehearsals and receptions, special group dining events, and customized private parties.
