Just before kicking up our heels with a night of dancing at the "Hollywood Babylon" Spring Formal down the street at the Verdi Club, The Bold Italic will host a very special intimate four course dinner, prepared by Risa Lichtman, known for her monthly five-course farm-centered supperings in her backyard on Alabama Street since 2010.
Our Spring Supper Club Dinner will be hosted at Good Eggs' San Francisco headquarters. This four course meal will feature fresh, seasonal ingredients, paired with delicious Thorny Rose Wines.

a light asparagus broth filled with mushrooms, asparagus bites, and stracciatella of parmesan & egg
Warm Artichoke Bread Salad with Burrata (paired with Thorny Rose Rose)
toasted Josey Baker Bread, cress greens, braised artichoke hearts
Braised Quail with Currants, Fennel & Dried Apricots (paired with Thorny Rose Red blend)
half a Brent Wolfe quail with dried fruits & fennel, herbed couscous, wilted spinach
