Spring Awakening With Rituals - Yoga Nidra - Sound Bath

SEE EVENT DETAILS
We invite you to Welcome the Spring Season by joining us in movement of stagnant energy, planting intentions, and deep relaxation and release.

As nature moves out of the cold and dark winter towards the warmer and lighter spring, the pulse of life quickens, the earth warms, and blossoms unfurl. When our intentions are in alignment with the seasons we flow with nature instead of working against it.

We will begin the evening with Golden lk from Samovar and transition into light Qigong movement to cleanse the liver. Then we will settle around the mandala made from fresh flowers and elements from the Earth to plant seeds. Everyone will have a chance to contribute something to the mandala and plant their intentions for the Spring. We will then move into a flowing orchestration of healing sounds and yoga nidra to carry you into a state of grounded relaxation and expanded consciousness. Aromatherapy with essential oils will assist in the flow of energy. Together we will melt into a vibration of expanded consciousness, and emerge feeling well-rested and fully supported.

Dress comfortably and bring water, yoga mat, blankets/socks, and eye pillow. Feel free to bring an item to add to the mandala (crystals, flowers, earthy elements, photo, etc) and you will be able to take it back. We will serve Golden Mylk from Samovar before and after the event. Please note the 7PM arrival and 7:30PM start time.
