The New Year celebration, also called the Songkran Festival, will be an annual event that we plan to build on and grow every year.
A celebration of Southeast Asian culture, delicious food, and tradition, the New Year is Thailand's busiest time and attracts hundreds of thousands of tourist from all over the world. It is known for the celebration of water as a symbol of washing away negativity and bad luck from the year before.
