Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else you want in order to feel comfortable within the space. The reiki sound bath will take place lying down.
We will have space at the end for people to share their experience or journal about it. Sharing is invited but not necessary. Eat lightly and arrive hydrated.
Emile is a long time musician who has been practicing sound for healing since 2013. Emile uses the didgeridoo flute, handpan (Hang), singing bowls, and overtone throatsinging to bathe you in sound-worlds of peace, joy, bliss, and healing. Celia is a Reiki Master that began her journey into healing modalities through yoga and meditation. She currently lives in Santa Monica where she continues to teach Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki. She guides each client with tools such as Human Design, Hawaiian Hawaiianho’oponoponoforgivenessrituals and a healing touch to peer inside and reconnect with their soul. Because of her journey through self-healing, she understands the process and is very in-tune with guiding others onto their healing path; acknowledging and loving all the parts thatmakesyou, you.
