Nov 12 - Dec 4: Sat. and Sun. at 3 p.m.; no shows on Nov. 26-27
SoMa Now and Then presents one man's journey through San Francisco South of Market's back alleys and secret rooms, as the neighborhood's queer culture shifts from the heyday of leathermen into today's tech boom. Through choreographed movement and personal anecdote, artist Joe Landini leads audiences on a walking tour of the neighborhood, beginning at SF Eagle at the corner of 12th and Harrison Streets, and finishing at Blow Buddies several blocks away. SoMa Now and Then was conceived and directed by P.U.S.H. Founding Artistic Director Amy Lewis.
All tours will be limited to 25 individuals. The performance contains candid language and imagery meant to be observed by mature audiences.
