We've been growing something beautiful, and the time has finally come to open the doors and share it with you. Sol Botanica is HUNT & GATHER'S new home for gathering. A space where nature-forward drinks and seasonal small plates meet local art. Join us as we celebrate the grand opening of Sol Botanica alongside the debut of Hunt & Gather's spring exhibition -- an immersive collection of local art inspired by the same botanicals that fill your glass and your plate.
Sol Botanica Art Bar Grand Opening: Our new art bar is here -- and it lives inside a vibrant food hall at 10th and Market, so come hungry. Sip your way through our nature-forward drink menu, graze on seasonal small bites, then wander the hall and choose from an incredible lineup of food vendors: gnocchi, ramen, Filipino, Korean, sandwiches, salads, and more.

This year's show builds on last spring's beloved BOTANICA and goes deeper -- into sun as life force, nature as medicine, and gardens as sacred spaces.
