Come join the San Francisco Bay Bird Observatory at the Oakland Zoo for a family workshop about Snowy Plovers! You’ll learn all about this native California shorebird through art, math, and science. We’ll go into the zoo to see the bird aviaries and meet some education program animals up close. After the workshop, stay in the zoo, ride the California Trail gondola, and observe our feathered friends with a fresh set of skills.
