The YMCA of San Francisco presents the sixth annual Y For Youth Luncheon on Friday, March 17 at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. More than 400 corporate, philanthropic and community leaders will come together to celebrate investing in the community through their support of the YMCA of San Francisco, which serves 10,000 youth across the Bay Area every day.
Y For Youth programs help youth build leadership skills, engage with new experiences, connect with the community and develop positive relationships with adults and their peers. Y For Youth programs include afterschool academic programs, resident camps, daily classes as well as mentoring and crisis counseling – all within a supportive, enriching environment.
Over the past five years, the Y For Youth Luncheon has raised more than $2.4 million due to community investors. All proceeds from the event further develop the Y’s youth programs throughout all 14 branches and 120 community sites in San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin counties.
Individual tickets for the Y For Youth Luncheon start at $500, while sponsorships run $5,000 to $50,000 and are available online at
