You've seen Maxie McCoy interviewing celebrities, thought leaders and influencers at Levo League, Create and Cultivate or being featured on Good Morning America, TheSkimm, Forbes, Fortune, INC, Bustle, Business Insider, MyDomaine, Women’s Health, Marie Claire, Billboard, CNN and many more as an expert in women’s leadership. Now it's Maxie's turn to be in the hot seat! With the launch of her debut book "You're Not Lost" Six Degrees Society Founder, Emily Merrell, will be asking Maxie the tough questions on how to figure out the next steps in our life and how to craft the ideal action plan to support it.
Six Degrees Society is a women’s focused organization that takes the guesswork out of who you meet while networking. The group offers diverse programming and exciting events that increase the likelihood of meaningful conversations and authentic, long-term relationships.

Maxie McCoy is a writer and speaker obsessed with giving women the tools they need to believe in themselves. Committed to the global rise of women, she writes weekly inspiration and monthly curriculum on maxiemccoy.com. Her forthcoming book, You're Not Lost: An Inspired Action Plan for Finding Your Own Way will be published by TarcherPerigee of Penguin Random House this fall.
Maxie specializes in creating meaningful offline experiences that provide practical action in workshop and group formats. She's worked with top brands, conferences and companies to create original events that engage their target audiences both online and off. Prior, Maxie built the Local Levo communities for Levo, a career platform for millennial women. During her time, she scaled the ambassador program to thirty cities, launched their offline communities globally, and produced over 500 events with 40 volunteer ambassadors. Maxie has a BA in Journalism and an MA in American Studies from Lehigh University. When Maxie’s not out talking to women, you can find Maxie reading a good book, buying flowers at the farmers market, or on a surfboard.
