Rosenblum has teamed up with some amazing local caterers to feature a delicious food pairing that complements our wine of the month special. Chef Lamont Perriman of MontPeri Events & Catering joins us as our featured chef for January. Join us every Wednesday in January to try a paired bite with our wine of the month - Hillside Red. Chef Lamont Perriman has enjoyed a successful career in catering, event planning, private chef service, and instructional cooking lessons. This self-taught chef has taken a natural ability with cooking and has honed his skills professionally in various establishments and high-end food venues throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. He was culinary expert and resident chef for Williams-Sonoma, where he managed and developed culinary programs for multiple retail stores. He currently is the Executive Chef and owner of Montperi Catering and Events.
