In addition to our by the glass discounts you love so well, Rosenblum has teamed up with some amazing local caterers to feature a delicious food pairing that complements our wine of the month special. December’s guest chef is Aaronette King of Eat, Play, Oakland Catering. Eat Play Events and Catering is a passport to eating well and playing often; we seek to raise regional awareness of neighborhood communities and businesses by supporting local, sustainable and organic vendors. We exclusively promote local restaurants and event spaces and help them gain exposure to new patrons in Oakland. The herb crusted beef with a demi-glaze is inspired by the boldness of the Monte Rosso Zinfandel. Join us on December 9th and 23rd at 5 pm to sample this very special pairing.
