Rosenblum Cellars welcomes rising star chef Michael Mocling for the month of May. Chef Michael Mocling has been cooking since he was a child. A true Oakland local, his dad was a cook at a couple restaurants in Old Jack London Square. Michael has always had a passion for creating palate pleasers and feeding people his culinary creations. His dishes are sometimes simple, sometimes complex, but his love and passion for food always shine through. He got a BS at SFSU and in health education and a degree from Le Cordon Bleu in SF. Michael is classically trained in French technique and loves to focus on local, seasonal ingredients.
