Michele has over 20 years in this industry as a Chef, Restaurateur, Culinary Instructor and Live Demo Specialist. Michele’s restaurant Gussie’s Southern Table and Bar is expected to open in downtown Oakland in Spring 2018. Her restaurant will feature some of her favorite Southern specialties elevated with a Californian touch and Southern hospitality.
