The Next Iron Chef Judge and author of Eat My Globe, Simon Majumdar, is apprenticing at Love Apple Farms for a week to research his next book project, Fed, White & Blue. Starting his farm apprenticeship on May 15, Simon’s week on the farm will culminate in a public event in which he will give a book reading and demonstrate several Indian dishes on Sunday, May 19.
