OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, this self-guided tour is a celebration of residential design. The dwellings featured are cutting edge, modern in design, imaginative in the uses and blends of materials, and sensitive to both surrounding neighbors and the environment. Through teamwork, collaboration, and a shared vision, the architects successfully bring their homeowners’ dreams to reality. The homes on the tour include an Eichler remodel in Mountain View, a re-interpretation of a “farmhouse style” home in Palo Alto, a cozy contemporary home in Palo Alto, a midcentury-influenced town home in Menlo Park, and a rustic blend of modern design in Portola Valley. Sizes of the homes range from 3,000 SF to 10,000 SF. The homes are located in Menlo Park, Mountain View, Palo Alto, and Portola Valley. Addresses of homes will be supplied the week of the tour. (No peeking!)
Tours promote awareness and understanding of excellent design, as well as demonstrate the positive impact of design as it contributes to our economy, environment and community identity.
Purchase your tickets by June 1st to receive a $10 per ticket discount.
