Students resonate with Danni's functional, down-to-earth approach and his ability to combine the mentally restorative aspects of yoga with the physical practice. Each class with Danni has a beat, a vibration, and a pulse. He hand-selects each of the songs for class, as music can help us deepen our yoga experience. Find your rhythm and connect to your truth.
In this class you will practice all-levels yoga together with locals and guests from around this world. This is a fun, peaceful and life-enriching experience. We supply headphones so you can listen to the teacher + to curated music.

How does it work? And can I do yoga if I'm new?!
Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.
Class location?
Baker Beach. Class location is Baker Beach. From the north parking lot, walk down to the beach and towards the Golden Gate bridge. We are set up with a string of prayer flags and a headphone check-in station.

We know you will have an amazing time at our events.We've hosted ver 10,000 people for beach yoga over 2 years, co-creating unique yoga experiences every time. Whether you've been 20 times before or this is your first event, we can't wait to have you.
What you need:
Just you and a beach towel or blanket. Something simple to rest your body on. Don't bring your nice yoga mat bc it will get sandy!
