Hi Friends,I am very excited to announce that I will be holding another Shamanic Breathing workshop. When practiced correctly, this breathing technique puts you into a naturally altered state of mind. This state of mind, in addition to being highly pleasurable, is a means for us to heal emotional blockages and increase self-awareness. Unlike conventional methods like meditation, this technique offers immediate results for even those who do not have experience with breathing, yoga, or meditation. Often, we have the tendency to multi-task and context-switch, which leads us to lose our sense of focus.
