SFYBL MANDATORY Managers/Coaches Meeting for Spring 2019 Season

Managers and Coaches Meeting is for ALL Divisions 
ALL TEAMS in ALL DIVISIONS must to send at least ONE COACH or ONE MANAGER/TEAM ORGANIZER to this MANDATORY MEETING.  
ONLY teams represented at this meeting will able to participate in registration for the 2019 Season.
6:00pm-8:00pm:
Divisions

Shetland Tee-Ball (4U-6U)
Sheltand Coach Pitch (5U-7U)
Pinto Coaches (7U-8U)
Mustang (9U-10U)
Bronco (11U-12U)
Pony (13U-14U)

You will meet our League's ExecutiveBoard, Commissioners including the SFRP Advisory Commissioners
We'll review how to register:
Team, Individual Players, Coaches and Managers
Brief review of rules and upcoming season calendar 
Divisional Q&A Groups divided into Division Sections

What do I bring to the event?
A notepad/pen or your tablet for note taking
Who should attend? and Why?
It is a MANDATORY requirement for each SFYBL team in each division to have at least one representative (a soon to be: rostered coach, assistant coach, team manager, volunteer) attend our  yearly coaches Q&A  It is imperative that your team attend.  You will NOT be allowed to entera team for registration to participate in the 2019 Season if your team is NOT represented.  Each year, we go over basic baseball registration, coaches guidelines and expectations, code of conduct and much more.  Since we make changes and updates every season, even the most seasoned coach/team organizer walks away with the latest information.
If I'm coaching teams in different divisions, do I only come to one session? 
If you're coaching or organizing teams in lower and upper divisions, you must attend both sessions.  The lower and upper division are different in many ways.  You will benefit from attending both sessions.
