This is a nature hike through Crissy Field and over the Golden Gate Bridge (GGB). This is also a social hike and there will be plenty of opportunity to meet & mingle and make new friends. Things you will see include: great views of Alcatraz, the Wave Organ, beaches, Fort Point Historic Site, and of course great views of and from the Golden Gate Bridge. About 5 miles round trip, very casual, all flat except for one big hill (240ft elevation).

Wear comfortable walking shoes and sun screen. Bring warm layers (it can be windy & cold), water, lunch and food/drinks to share. Dogs are welcome. Swim at your own discretion.
Plenty of free PARKING at Crissy Beach Parking Lot (and behind Marina Green as well). It's a bit harder to get here by public transportation. Use 511.org or google maps to plan your route.
How can everyone find you once they get there?
Meet in front of the Crissy Field Center (outside) at 11am for the hike to the Wave Organ. If you miss us at 11am we'll be back here again at noon - 12:15pm. If you miss us at noon then you're on your own, sorry. You can try to catch up with us using the schedule below but don't post "where are you guys?" I'll be wearing a blue adidas cap. See you there!
