420 Fitness is presenting a 420 Wellness Event in SF at Meadow MD where we will be hosting a Yoga, Meditation, Boot Camp, and Hip Hop Dance sesh for anyone to come and experience. There will also be a Holistic Healing area with Reiki, Tarot Card, Message Therapy, and Chiropractic. Vendors and Healthy foods will also be at this events educating everyone on different products and foods. There will be an Empowerment workshop by Coach Lala to give people the confedance to continue thier journey in Wellness and Healing. A donation of $20 will include a care package with Vendor Products and 420 Fitness Swag a Raffle will also be hosted at the end of the Event. Remeber to bring comfortable workout clothes, workout shoes, a matt, and towel if you will be joining us in the fitness classes.
