Seven Stills One Year Anniversary Party

at Seven Stills Distillery - Bayview

We are celebrating our one year anniversary of making our own beers and whiskeys at 1439 Egbert and you are all invited!
During our first three years in business Clint and I operated as contract brewers and distillers, meaning we would brew a batch of beer on someone else's equipment and then truck the beer to a distillery where we would distill it, and then drive a U-Haul truck full of unaged whiskey back to our tiny 600 square foot storage unit where we would fill up barrels, let our whiskeys age and then bottle and sell. During our first three years of doing this we produced three whiskeys and a vodka.
In July of 2016 we were lucky enough to open up our very own 4400 square foot brewery and distillery in the Bayview with our first retail tap room and tasting room. Within the 12 months that we have been producing our own juice we have made 17 total whiskeys, and have brewed over 30 styles of beer. Needless to say, we are much happier in our new home and are looking forward to celebrating our first year with you all on July 29th!
Admission to the event is $15 and includes six raffle tickets. Each raffle tickets is good for a single whiskey taster, and we will have stations around the brewery throughout the day where we will pour each of the 17 whiskeys we have released in our first year. We will also be holding raffles on the hour for rare bottles, new whiskeys, SWAG and beers.
There will be live music throughout the day and Bayview Pasta will be on-site cooking up some delicious grub.
The event will be broken up into two session, a morning and an afternoon. We will hold half of the bottles for the afternoon session so don't worry about us pouring through all of the good stuff in the morning, there will be plenty to go around. Walk ins are welcome but we will need to adhere to our maximum occupancy and expect the event to sell out.
