Quickness, agility, speed, and explosiveness are all physical skills that it takes to perform at a high level, regardless of age. Set and Sand Dunes provides a great resource for players to train on a surface that reduces wear and tear pounding on the joints while building strength and increasing stamina. Using San Francisco’s iconic sand dunes as well as agility ladders and resistance bands, the primary focus will be on lower body training. Coach Ryan Inumberable, our Director of Player Performance, has created a program that will directly translate to on-court movement.
